On the 15^th of July 2014, Portugal handed over the duty of CIMIN secretariat to France. This is a key duty inside the command structure of EUROMARFOR, as CIMIN secretariat coordinates the actions of the EUROMARFOR steering bodies and the implementation of their decisions. The named duty rotates between EUROMARFOR member States on an annual basis.
